If you still managed to get the e-residen status and the coveted ID card, then you will have to take a few more steps to open a company in Estonia. Today we will consider the process of opening an OÜ
- Come up with a name. At first glance, this task seems simple, but when choosing a name, it is necessary to take into account the following requirements: uniqueness, use of the Latin alphabet (no symbols, only letters), unlike other names already registered in Estonia.
