If you still managed to get the e-residen status and the coveted ID card, then you will have to take a few more steps to open a company in Estonia. Today we will consider the process of opening an OÜ
- Come up with a name. At first glance, this task seems simple, but when choosing a name, it is necessary to take into account the following requirements: uniqueness, use of the Latin alphabet (no symbols, only letters), unlike other names already registered in Estonia. - Selection of the main form of activity (EMTAK code). This is necessary in order to display the economic indicators of your company in Estonian and European statistics.
- Enter a special service using your existing ID card and take a few more steps: 1) enter contact information, address, phone number, indicate citizenship; 2) enter the EMTAK company code, its contact details; 3) sign an application using an ID-card; 4) pay the required amount using a bank card or arrange an installment plan.
